Design and Application of Rapid Response Platform for National and Provincial Docking and Department Linkage Based on Tianjin Emergency Warning Information Release System
Relying on the Tianjin government affairs cloud resources and based on the Tianjin Emergency Warning Information Release System(Phase II),a data docking module for early warning rapid response linkage service is established to improve the whole chain business service process for grassroots departments to input,review and report various types of data,such as direct disaster report information,monthly disaster report and annual report information,call response service information,and linkage deployment information,to the national platform.Various practical problems such as data access,transmission,sharing and filing in the existing business links are effectively solved.The platform extensively collected feedback and evaluation data of early warning services at all levels in Tianjin during the process of ensuring major meteorological services for Typhoon"Du Suri",and played an important role in disaster prevention and reduction.
