Dilemma Interpretation and Breakthrough Path of Residents'Participation in Community Garbage Classification:Analysis Based on Participation-Reward Theory
As the key subject of garbage classification and treatment, the scale and degree of residents'participation directly affect the effectiveness of community garbage classification.Through the investigation of Changsha Ocean Lake and garden community,it is found that at present, residents are faced with difficulties such as passive participation, small scope of participation, low level of participation and insufficient motivation.Based on the"participation-reward"theory,this paper constructs a feedback model of residents'willingness to participate in garbage classification, and analyzes the underlying reasons of current difficulties, and then proposes strengthened incentive measures,in order to provide reference for improving the efficiency of community garbage classification and treatment.
