Research on Modeling of Network Public Opinion Case Base Based on Semantic Knowledge Graph
The intelligent storage and classification of sudden network public opinion cases are carried out,the reasons for their fermentation are deeply analyzed,and targeted measures are taken at the levels of response,guidance and disposal,so as to effectively improve the scientific and efficient decision-making.Based on semantic knowledge graph,this paper first studies the formal expression of semantic cases,feature extraction methods and retrieval system construction methods,and establishes the computational model of the cognitive mechanism of improvisational decision-making,and then establishes the ontology model and the semantic case base for public opinion disposal,constructs the semantic representation model,and finally completes the extraction and optimization of emergency domain information process.At the same time,through the representation and indexing of the ontology association tree,a network public opinion case base is built.After the occurrence of sudden network public opinion events,relevant cases are quickly recommend,the events are classified and graded according to the semantic knowledge graph,and combined with the plan,a response draft is automatically generated.
