Correlation between SAA,Irisin Levels and Glycolipid Metabolism in Early Pregnancy and Their Predictive Values for GDM
The correlation of SAA,Irisin and glycolipid metabolism indexes is analyzed by observing and comparing the levels of indicators between GDM group and NGT group. The influence factors of GDM are screened, and the predictive values of SAA and Irisin to GDM are evaluated by ROC curve. The results show as follows:SAA in GDM group is higher than that in NGT group(P<0.05),Irisin in GDM group is lower than that in NGT group(P<0.05).SAA is an independent risk factor for GDM(P<0.05),while Irisin is an independent protective factor for GDM(P<0.05).Serum levels of SAA and Irisin in early pregnancy are associated with glycolipid metabolism and the risk of GDM.SAA and Irisin have higher prediction efficiency for the occurrence of GDM,and their combined prediction efficiency is higher.
