孕早期血清淀粉样蛋白A、血清鸢尾素水平与糖脂代谢的相关性及其对妊娠糖尿病的预测价值

通过观察、比较妊娠糖尿病(GDM)组与正常糖耐量(NGT)组各指标的水平差异,分析血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、血清鸢尾素(Irisin)水平与糖脂代谢指标的相关性;通过筛选GDM的影响因素,应用ROC曲线评估SAA、血清Irisin水平对GDM的预测价值.结果表明:GDM组SAA高于NGT组(P<0.05),血清Irisin水平低于NGT组(P<0.05).SAA是GDM发病的独立危险因素(P<0.05),血清Irisin水平是GDM发病的独立保护因素(P<0.05).孕早期SAA、血清Irisin水平与脂糖代谢和GDM的发生风险有关.SAA、血清Irisin水平对GDM具有较高的预测效能,两者联合预测的效能更高.
Correlation between SAA,Irisin Levels and Glycolipid Metabolism in Early Pregnancy and Their Predictive Values for GDM
The correlation of SAA,Irisin and glycolipid metabolism indexes is analyzed by observing and comparing the levels of indicators between GDM group and NGT group.The influence factors of GDM are screened,and the predictive values of SAA and Irisin to GDM are evaluated by ROC curve.The results show as follows:SAA in GDM group is higher than that in NGT group(P<0.05),Irisin in GDM group is lower than that in NGT group(P<0.05).SAA is an independent risk factor for GDM(P<0.05),while Irisin is an independent protective factor for GDM(P<0.05).Serum levels of SAA and Irisin in early pregnancy are associated with glycolipid metabolism and the risk of GDM.SAA and Irisin have higher prediction efficiency for the occurrence of GDM,and their combined prediction efficiency is higher.
