高职院校创新创业教育体系建设中的问题与对策——以广东职业技术学院创新创业教育体系建设为例

摘要
随着我国经济社会的不断发展,青年人才在科学技术方面的创新、创造、创业(即"三创")能力得到更多重视,这无疑对创新创业教育提出了更高的要求.职业教育在教育目标、教师、学生、教学手段等方面有特殊性,在科技创新创业教育的实践过程中也有侧重点.从制度、课程、教师、学生 4 个维度对高等职业院校创新创业教育面临的困境进行分析,结合广东职业技术学院国家级创新创业教育实践基地建设实例,从平台搭建、人才培养、队伍建设、课程建设、制度保障 5 个层面提出建立创新创业教育体系的对策建议.
Abstract
With the continuous social and economic development,enterprise managers focus more on the technology innovation,creation,entrepreneurship abilities of young talents,which also emphasizes the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Vocational education has its own particularity in education objectives,teachers and students,which also has its emphases in the practice of technology innovation and entrepreneurship education.This paper analyzes the difficulties of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges from the perspectives of institutionalization,curriculum,teachers and students.Combined with the construction experience of the National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Practice Base of Guangdong Polytechnic,suggestions on the establishment of innovation and entrepreneurship education system are put forward from five dimensions:platform building,talent development,team building,curriculum construction and institutionalization.
