江苏省大型科学仪器开放共享平台的创新实践与思考

摘要
加强科学设备的共享功能是社会发展和科技进步的趋势,可以提高仪器利用率、减少闲置仪器,使资源得到优化配置.以江苏省大型科学仪器设备开放共享平台建设为例,介绍平台的发展现状及成效,详细阐述平台的创新实践,分析平台建设发展中存在的问题,并提出改进建议.
Abstract
Strengthening the sharing function of scientific equipment is a trend of social development and scientific and technological progress,which can improve the utilization rate of instruments,reduce idle instruments,and optimize the allocation of resources.Taking the construction of the open sharing platform for large-scale scientific instruments and equipment in Jiangsu Province as an example,this paper introduces the current development status and effectiveness of the platform,elaborates the innovative practices of the sharing platform,analyzes the problems in the development of the platform construction,and proposes improvement suggestions.
