Experimental Analysis and Research on Edge Detection Algorithm of Particle Size Image of Toothed Roll Crusher
Product particle size is an important operation index of toothed roll crusher.The quality of this index is directly related to the economic benefits of the whole production system.Accurate and fast product particle size detection method can provide effective guidance for adjusting various parameters of toothed roll crusher and improve the operation efficiency of production system,so as to maximize the utilization of mineral resources.The edge detection of product particle size image is the key link of particle size detection by computer.Taking the limestone products crushed by toothed roll crusher as the research object,this paper compares the detection results of Robert,Prewitt,Sobel and canny operators,which provides a certain reference value for the particle size detection methods of subsequent toothed roll crushers.
