摘要

验证中小型开式冷却塔飘水率测量方法的稳定、可靠和准确性.试验结果表明,检出限 2.33×10-4,回收率 91.18%,重复性偏差为 3.1%,符合性较好.评估不确定度发现,不确定度主要来自操作环节中的波动.

Abstract

The stability,reliability and accuracy of the test results of water drift ratio method in the standard for small and medium-sized open cooling tower are verified by experiments.The experimental results show that the detection limit is 2.33×10-4,the recovery rate is 91.18%,and the relative standard deviation of repeatability is 3.1%,indicating good compliance.Through the evaluation of the measurement uncertainty of the water drift ratio of the cooling tower,it is found that the measurement uncertainty mainly comes from fluctuations in the operation process.
