Clinical Application and Progress of Regional Nerve Block Analgesia in Patients Undergoing Thoracoscopic Surgery
Although thoracoscopic surgery has some characteristics such as small incision and low stress response,the postoperative pain after thoracoscopic surgery is not lower than that after thoracotomy.In addition,poor postoperative pain management has the potential to lead to an increased incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications(PPCs)and chronic postoperative pain.At present,regional nerve block has been applied more and more in thoracoscopic postoperative analgesia.This article reviews the application and progress of different regional nerve block analgesia methods in thoracoscopic surgery.
