Research on Emergency Living Security in Urban Communities
Urban community emergency management is an important component of China's emergency capacity construction.Timely identification of current problems in community emergency management will help improve the current situation of community emergency management and enhance community emergency management capabilities.This paper studies various factors that affect the living standard of urban community residents under emergency conditions,such as the weak sense of service of community workers,the lack of awareness of self rescue and mutual rescue of residents,the lack of supervision and management of supply guarantee enterprises,the relative lack of government implementation,and the poor coordination and linkage of various governance subjects.Five suggestions to promote community services through humanistic care,enhance the emergency awareness of community residents,strengthen basic management to enhance supply guarantee capacity,take multiple measures to increase execution force,and gather the collaborative force of diverse social governance entities are proposed in order to improve the emergency management capacity of grassroots communities,ensure the sense of security,gain,and happiness of the people,and further realize the modernization of national grassroots governance capacity.
