以 2016-2021 年间部分CSSCI法学核心期刊收录的 13 700 篇论文为研究对象,分析法学学科研究领域发文数量、研究机构等.与此同时,统计、筛选高频关键词,深入探讨高影响力期刊.法学研究核心期刊质量整体较为稳定,影响因子有一定波动,其发布成果所属二级学科分布具有规律性.研究热点主要围绕"民法典""法治""人工智能""比例原则""司法改革"等,研究主题愈加具体,注重细节和实践.
Abstract
Taking 13 700 papers included in some CSSCI core journals of law from 2016 to 2021 as the research object,the number of papers published in the research field of law discipline and research institutions were analyzed.At the same time,high-frequency keywords were counted and selected,and in-depth discussions were conducted on high-impact journals.The core journals of legal research are relatively stable as a whole,with some fluctuations in the impact factors,and regular distribution of secondary disciplines.The research focuses mainly on"civil code","rule of law","artificial intelligence","proportional principle","judicial reform",etc.The research topics have become more specific from the macro perspective,focusing on details and practice.
