Strengthen Consciousness of Editorial Service and Rebuild Brand of Sci-tech Journals:Case Study of Journal of Southern Agriculture
At present,many sci-tech journals have a weak sense of editorial service,and the authors are not satisfied with sci-tech journals.This will lead to the loss of advantages in the competition for high-quality academic manuscript sources,which is not conducive to the long-term development of scientific journals.Based on the practice of the Journal of Southern Agriculture in recent years,this paper discusses how to rebuild the brand of scientific journal by improving the service quality of editors.The editors can improve the author's impression of scientific journals by shortening the review period,optimizing the post-publication service,planning columns,selecting excellent papers,selecting young editorial board members from outstanding authors,expanding the publicity scope by pushing Wechat public accounts,communicating with authors in various ways,visiting and inviting manuscripts,cultivating core writers and so on,thereby attracting more high-quality manuscript sources and improving the author's stickiness.
