摘要

随着市场的细分及日益激烈的竞争,车身设计及工艺开发的同步工程应运而生,其可以检查车身数据,规避产品设计问题,从而减少开发成本、缩短周期.立足于整车产品同步工程,对车身焊装工艺进行经验分析和总结.

Abstract

With the market segmentation and increasingly fierce competition,the simultaneous engineering of vehicle body design and process development has emerged.It can check vehicle body data in the 3D stage,avoid product design problems,and reduce development costs and cycles.Based on the simultaneous engineering of vehicle products,this paper analyzes and summarizes the experience of body welding process.
