摘要

阐述新能源整车托底仿真的基本流程与结果判定,对比整车托底仿真中电池包建模与整车建模的差异.设置不同工况的仿真试验,验证不同条件下电池托底发生时电池的损伤变形情况,旨在为今后电池托底测试试验及电池底部防护优化设计提供参考.

Abstract

The basic process and result judgment of new energy vehicle underbody damage simulation are expounded.The difference between battery pack modeling and vehicle modeling in vehicle underbody damage simulation is compared.The battery damage and deformation under different conditions are verified by setting simulation experiments in different working conditions,which provides a reference for the battery underbody damage test and battery bottom protection optimization design in the future.
