如今MPV车型受到消费者青睐,逐渐掀起销售热潮.为降低生产成本,MPV涂装喷涂工艺向全自动化喷涂方向发展.结合一汽丰田生产车型实际,阐述一种侧滑门内板喷涂夹具的开发与应用.
Abstract
Nowadays,MPV models are favored by consumers and gradually set offa sales boom.In order to reduce production costs,the MPVcoating spraying process has been developed in the direction of fully automated spraying.Combined with the actual production model of Tianjin FAW Toyota,the paper describes the development and application of a spraying fixture for inner paint of side-sliding door.
