Experimental Study on Application of Felt Fiber Fabric in Production of Wind Turbine Blades
With the development of large-scale wind turbine blades,the difficulty of wind turbine blade layup technology has gradually increased.The use of pre-stitching and other methods can reduce the layup difficulty.This paper analyzes the possible risks of felt fiber fabric in the process of use,and verifies the risk degree.The results show that the bonding properties of felt fiber fabrics will not be affected by the reverse layup in the process.The felt fiber fabric has little influence on the wettability of the fabric,and the diversion speed increases.The paint covering test shows that the use of felt fiber fabric does not affect the covering power of paint on the blade surface.
