水中挥发性有机物的吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱法测定分析

采用吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱法测定生活饮用水中 27 种挥发性有机物.取 25 mL生活饮用水样品,经吹扫、捕集、富集净化样品,用气相色谱-质谱法开展定性、定量分析.结果表明:在 0.40~40 μg/L(间、对-二甲苯为 0.80~80 μg/L)线性范围内,各组分工作曲线的线性相关系数不小于 0.995;用 0.40 μg/L和 32.00 μg/L 2 种质量浓度水平加标,回收率为 73.0%~109%,7 次测定的相对标准偏差为 0.3%~9.6%;测定下限为 0.015~0.220 μg/L.该方法处理操作简便,稳定性强,测定灵敏、准确,能够满足对生活饮用水中挥发性有机物进行定性、定量分析的需求.
Determination of Volatile Organic Compounds in Water by Purge and Capture/Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry
27 volatile organic compounds in drinking water were determined by purge and capture/gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.25 mL of drinking water samples were purged,captured,enriched,purified,and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results show that the linear correlation coefficientr of the working curves of each component is not less than 0.995 within the linear range of 0.40-40 μg/L(m-xylene and p-xylene:0.80-80 μg/L).After spiking with two mass concentration levels of 0.40 μg/L and 32.00 μg/L,the recovery rate is 73.0%-109%with the relative standard deviation of 0.3%-9.6%for seven determinations.The lower limit of determination is 0.015 μg/L-0.220 μg/L.This method has the advantages of simple treatment operation,strong stability,sensitive and accurate determination,and can meet the needs of qualitative and quantitative analysis of volatile organic compounds in drinking water.
