摘要
随着国家对环境保护的日趋重视,环保政策法规日益完善,各大企业均出台相关措施治理污染.以一汽丰田泰达生产基地(泰达#2 工厂、泰达#3 工厂、新一工厂)3 条整车涂装生产线及 3 条树脂涂装生产线为例,介绍水性漆涂装挥发性有机化合物(VOC)(总治理风量 321 万m³/h)排放治理设备的设计选型与管理经验.
Abstract
With the increasing attention of the state to environmental protection,environmental protection policies and regulations are becoming more and more perfect,and major enterprises have introduced relevant measures to control pollution.Taking three vehicle coating production lines and three resin coating production lines of FAW Toyota TEDA production base(TEDA#2 Factory,TEDA#3 Factory,New First Factory)as examples,the design,selection and management experience of volatile organic compound(VOC)emission control equipment for coating water-based paint(total control air volume of 3.21 million m³/h)are introduced.
