摘要
汽车白车身的精度是整车生产的重要品质参数之一,好的白车身能体现企业的制造能力,提升车辆品质和消费者满意度.从汽车车身设计、品标图纸发布、测量设备和检具、工装夹具定位方案、试生产中的尺寸匹配、量产中的精度维持等角度出发,分析尺寸工程在白车身生产中的应用,归纳阐述白车身尺寸工程内容要点,以期能为白车身的良好生产提供系统性建议.
Abstract
The accuracy of the automotive body-in-white is one of the important quality parameters of automobile production,a good body can reflect the manufacturing ability of the enterprise,and improve vehicle quality and consumer satisfaction,This paper analyzes the application of dimensional engineering technology in body-in-white production from various stages such as automobile design,product standard drawing release,measuring equipment and inspection tools,positioning schemes of tooling fixtures,size matching in trial production,and precision maintenance in mass production.The main contents of the dimensional engineering of body-in-white are summarized in order to provide systematic suggestions for the good production of body-in-white.
