风电叶片高密度巴萨木分层缺陷研究

摘要
巴萨木是复合材料风电叶片所需的关键原材料.巴萨木按体积密度目前可以分为常规巴萨木及高密度巴萨木.常规巴萨木的密度范围在 100~150 kg/m³之间,高密度巴萨木是指密度在 150 kg/m³以上的材料.印度尼西亚产的高密度巴萨木在使用过程中容易出现玻璃钢与巴萨木分层的缺陷.采用试验分析法,研究高密度巴萨木分层问题形成的原因和机理,并提出解决措施.
Abstract
Balsa wood is a key raw material for composite wind turbine blades.Balsa wood can be divided into conventional Balsa wood and high-density Balsa wood according to the volume density.The density of conventional balsa wood ranges from 100 to 150 kg/m3.High density balsa wood refers to materials with a density of over 150 kg/m3.High density Bassa wood produced in Indonesia is prone to delamination between fiberglass and Balsa wood during use.This paper studies the reasons and mechanism of the high-density balsa delamination problem by the experimental analysis method,and puts forward some suggestions for solving the problem.
