摘要
针对大型设备安装工程的困难点,制定科学的规划,落实严格的组织管理措施,以保证冲压工厂前期建设项目的作业安全和进度,避免了因安全事故及设备性能不达标而造成整车生产延迟的不良后果.
Abstract
To address the difficulties in the installation of large-scale equipment,scientific planning is developed and strict organizational and management measures are implemented to ensure the safety and progress of the pre-construction project of the stamping factory,avoiding adverse consequences of delayed production of the entire vehicle due to safety accidents and substandard equipment performance.
