Principles for Setting Positioning Datum of Welding Jig for Passenger Cars and Methods for Maintaining Accuracy Management
Starting from the jig datum in Toyota's welding and assembly workshop,combined with the problems encountered in actual production,this paper introduces the theoretical knowledge,basic principles,and characteristic of jig datum setting.Examples and illustrations are given to elaborate the management methods for maintaining jig accuracy.
