以丰田汽车焊装车间夹具基准为出发点,结合实际生产中遇到的问题,在介绍夹具基准设定的理论知识、基本原则及特征的基础上,列举实例并辅以图表说明,阐述夹具精度维持管理方法.
Abstract
Starting from the jig datum in Toyota's welding and assembly workshop,combined with the problems encountered in actual production,this paper introduces the theoretical knowledge,basic principles,and characteristic of jig datum setting.Examples and illustrations are given to elaborate the management methods for maintaining jig accuracy.
