摘要
夹具作为涂装车间生产过程中的关键工艺装备,其开发过程需要考虑很多方面.若其中一项未考虑到,轻则影响车身品质,重则导致无法正常生产.介绍了涂装夹具开发设计及安装要求,以某车型实例介绍夹具开发、过程管理及批量检测工作.
Abstract
As a key process equipment in the coating workshop production process,the development process of fixtures needs to consider many factors.If one of these factors is not taken into account,it can affect the quality of the vehicle body in light cases and lead to the inability to produce normally in severe cases.The development,design and installation requirements of coating fixture are introduced.The fixture development,process management and batch monitoring work are introduced with an example of a vehicle type.
