Experimental Study on Effect of Reflux Resin on Product Performance in Production Process of Fiberglass Pultruded Plate Main Beams of Wind Turbine Blades
With the breakthrough of blade design technology, fiberglass pultruded plate main beams have replaced traditional fiberglass cloth main beams and are applied on large onshore and ultra large offshore blades.During the production process of fiberglass pultruded plates, there is a phenomenon of resin reflux between the impregnation process and the preforming process. In order to verify the effect of reflux resin on the performance of fiberglass pultruded plates, the changes in the physicochemical properties of the resin and the bonding performance of the fiberglass pultruded plate body were studied. The results show that the viscosity of the reflux resin is higher than that of the new resin, and the gel time is shorter than that of the new resin gel,but after adding the new resin, the viscosity decreases and the gel time is longer, which does not affect the use.In addition, although the physicochemical properties of the reflux resin are different from those of the new resin, the bonding performance of its pultruded board body is the same as that of the new resin, and there is no decrease, which meets the production application requirements.
