天津市滨海新区人工影响天气作业在农业生产中的应用

摘要
农业是滨海新区主要产业之一,但滨海新区农业常受复杂多变的恶劣天气影响,致使农作物减产,直接影响农民收益.人工影响天气作业可以在恶劣天气来临前人为改变局部地区天气状况,降低气象灾害给农业生产带来的负面影响.介绍滨海新区气候及农业情况,并提出人工影响天气作业高质量发展建议.
Abstract
Agriculture is one of the main economic industries in Binhai New Area,but the agriculture in Binhai New Area is often affected by complex and changeable bad weather,which leads to crop reduction and directly affects the income of farmers.Weather modification can change local weather conditions and reduce the negative impact of meteorological disasters on agricultural production by artificial means before the arrival of bad weather.This paper introduces the climate and agriculture situation in Binhai New Area,and puts forward some suggestions on the high-quality development of weather modification.
