如今,医院信息化建设水平是评价医院综合竞争力的重要指标之一.某医院所用信息系统功能缺失,为提高现阶段科研管理工作效率、适应医院信息化发展要求,医院建立了新的科研管理信息系统.在前期需求分析的基础上,将系统功能设置为科研办公、科研项目管理、科研队伍管理、科研成果管理、科研伦理及科研诚信、学术交流、科研成果技术转移转化、科研档案 8 个模块,其中科研项目及成果管理是重点功能模块.目前,该系统已进入试运行阶段.
Abstract
The level of hospital informatization construction is one of the important indicators for evaluating the comprehensive competitiveness of hospitals in the new era.The function of the information system used in a hospital is missing.In order to improve the efficiency of scientific research management at this stage,to adapt to the requirements of the development of information technology in the hospital,a new scientific research management information system is established.Based on the preliminary demand analysis,the system functions are set up in eight sections:scientific research office,scientific research project management,scientific research team management,scientific research achievement management,scientific research ethics and integrity,academic exchange,technology transfer and transformation,and scientific research archives.Among them,scientific research project management and achievement management are the key functional modules of this system.At present,the system has entered the trial operation stage.
