Development and Practice of R&D Centers for Large Offshore Oil and Gas Central Enterprises
Innovation is the core element that ensures the vitality and competitiveness of enterprises.As an important carrier of enterprise innovation,the role of R&D centers is increasingly prominent.The development mode of R&D centers ranges from fully commissioned research to collaborative research,and then to open innovation joint research.Different organizational development modes are suitable for different research types and different stages of enterprise development.This article focuses on the construction and innovative practice of a large offshore oil and gas central enterprise R&D center,and deeply analyzes the role of R&D centers in enterprise development.
