摘要
从海洋油气工程的实际出发,分析非标离散型制造产生的原因.基于项目管理的维度,针对单项目管理及多项目管理,深入剖析非标离散型海洋油气制造业数字化转型面临的痛点,并给出数字化项目管理技术的演进方案,对于海洋油气制造业数字化转型和项目管理信息系统建设具有重大的指导意义.
Abstract
Based on the practice of offshore oil and gas engineering,the reasons for non-standard discrete manufacturing are analyzed.From the perspective of project management,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the pain points faced by the digital transformation of non-standard discrete offshore oil and gas manufacturing industry from the perspectives of single project management and multi project management,and provides a technological evolution plan for digital project management.This has significant guiding significance for the digital transformation of the offshore oil and gas manufacturing industry and the construction of project management information systems.
