摘要

国企是县域经济发展的支柱,然而受大城市虹吸效应和县域地区自身条件影响,县域国企科技人才引进存在诸多难题.以县域国企为研究对象,分析科技人才引进的困境,并提出相应的解决方案,旨在为县域国企发展提供一定借鉴和指导.

Abstract

State-owned enterprises are the pillar of county-level economic development.However,due to the siphon effect of big cities and the conditions of county areas,there are many difficulties in the introduction of scientific and technological talents of county-level state-owned enterprises.This paper takes county-level state-owned enterprises as the research object,analyzes the dilemma of the introduction of scientific and technological talents,and puts forward the corresponding solutions,aiming to provide certain reference and guidance for development of county-level state-owned enterprises.
