Research on Enhancing Information Technology Literacy of Teachers in Colleges and Universities under Background of Artificial Intelligence Era
With the rapid development of AI technology and the deepening reform of higher education,the importance enhancing the information technology literacy of university teachers is highlighted.The basic connotation of information technology literacy of university teachers is elaborated.The current development status of information technology literacy of university teachers is analyzed from multiple perspectives.In view of the practical dilemma,the ways to enhance the information technology literacy of university teachers are put forward,including:improving the information technology system standard and strengthening the teachers'awareness of information technology literacy;reinforcing teachers'ability of information learning and establishing information technology evaluation mechanism;perfecting the information equipment management platform and promoting the scientific integration of information resources.
