三次样条插值算法在油品计算分析中的应用

基于三次样条插值算法,分析南海某油田的实沸点温度分布(TBP)数据,与实际蒸馏曲线及HYSYS模型对比发现,三次样条插值可以实现精馏曲线的良好复现.对基于三次样条插值算法切割得到的虚拟组分进行物性计算,结果表明,切割组分总体密度和比热容与实际值差别不大,但分子量误差较大;对基于三次样条插值算法切割得到的虚拟组分进行相图计算,在低于临界压力时,除北区油田露点数据外,泡、露点计算结果和HYSYS模型基本一致.
Application of Cubic Spline Interpolation Algorithm in Oil Calculation
Based on cubic spline interpolation algorithm,the true boiling point temperature(TBP)distribution data of an oilfield in the South China Sea are analyzed.In comparison with the actual distillation curve and HYSYS model,it is found that cubic spline interpolation can achieve good reproduction of the distillation curve.The physical properties of the virtual components cut by cubic spline interpolation algorithm are calculated.The results show that the overall density and specific heat capacity of the cutting components are not significantly different from the actual values,but the molecular weight error is relatively large.The phase diagram calculation of the cut virtual components shows that when the pressure is lower than the critical pressure,the bubble and dew point calculation results are basically consistent with the HYSYS model except for the dew point data of the north oilfield.
