Research on Countermeasures to Strengthen Attraction of Scientific and Technological Talents in China
The core element of developing new quality productivity is scientific and technological innovation,and the key lies in talents.At present,all major countries in the world will attract,gather and use talents as a national strategy,and take scientific and technologicaltalents as the focus of science and technology strategy and policy,so as to ensure the sustainable competitiveness of the country.In order to effectively cope with the international competition in science and technology and provide talent support for the development of new quality productive forces,China needs to further accelerate the improvement of measures to attract scientific and technological talents,and attract high-level scientific and technological talents through multiple channels and levels.This paper reviews the policies and practices of attracting science and technology talents in developed countries,analyzes the problems and shortcomings in the accuracy,adaptability and synergy of attracting science and technology talents in China,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of giving play to the role of the market,building strong talent carriers,deepening the reform of institutional mechanisms and optimizing the service ecology.
