Practice and Inspiration of Non-standard Journal Warning System—Research Results Based on Guizhou Professional Title Evaluation System
In response to issues such as non-standard journal management,lax review and control,and prioritizing commercial interests,a non-standard journal warning system was designed.This system can assist the evaluation committee in organizing units to investigate non-standard journals and serve as a warning to researchers who are taking chances.However,the risk characteristic indicators of the non-standard journal warning system,the verification standards of reviewers,the verification content,and the verification method may lead to an unscientific,incomplete,and inaccurate warning judgment.It is proposed that multi-level and multi-dimensional research will be carried out based on the non-standard journal warning system,so as to provide a theoretical basis for building a non-standard journal warning system that is more in line with the national academic ecology.
