In order to conform to the trend of user innovation,open innovation,collaborative innovation and mass innovation in the era of innovation 2.0,Tianjin Hebei District actively builds innovative incubation carriers.In order to better promote the high-qualitydevelopment of incubation carriers,this article analyzes the current situation of incubation carriers in Hebei District,and summarizes the general situation,development characteristics,advantages and problems of the existing.Countermeasures and suggestions to guide the benign development of regional incubation carriers are proposed.
