软基处理所用新型排水体研发及其可行性分析

为解决软基处理过程中传统排水板容易因扭曲、错裂、弯折而导致排水不畅,进而造成真空预压法效率低下的问题,提出研发一种新型排水体,在减少材料用量的前提下,可增大通水量、截面模量,从而提高稳定性.采用MIDAS有限元软件对比传统排水板与新型排水体的力学性能;采用PLAXIS 3D有限元软件分析传统排水板与新型排水体在土体中排水固结的适用性.结果表明,新型排水体的抗弯、抗扭、抗变形等力学性能和在土体中的通水量、排水固结速率均优于传统排水板.
Research and Development of New Drainage Body for Soft Foundation Treatment and Its Feasibility Analysis
In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of vacuum pre-compression method caused by poor drainage due to easy twisting,wrong cracking and bending of traditional drainage board in the process of soft foundation treatment,this paper proposes a new type of drainage body model,which increases the water flux,sectional modulus,and stability under the premise of reducing the amount of material.MIDAS finite element software was used to compare the mechanical properties of the traditional drainage board and the new drainage body,and PLAXIS 3D finite element software was used to analyze the applicability of the traditional drainage board and the new drainage body for drainage consolidation in the soil.The simulation results show that the mechanical properties of the new drainage body such as bending,torsion and deformation resistance are better than those of the traditional drainage board as well as its water flux and drainage consolidation rate in the soil body are better than those of the traditional drainage board.
