针对呼和浩特市餐厨垃圾处理设施老旧、处理能力不足的问题,建设处理规模为 300 t/d的半干式厌氧发酵工程,并对处理效果进行跟踪监测.实际运行显示,半干式厌氧发酵工艺进罐垃圾产率达 90 m3/t,用水量为 56~60 kg/t,节水效果良好.为证实半干式厌氧罐的搅拌性能,开展示踪试验,添加溴化锂示踪剂后,罐内物料在 3 h内均匀分布,提高了产气效果.半干式厌氧发酵技术在餐厨垃圾资源化利用中,节水且产气率高,尤其适合在西部缺水地区推广应用.
Practical Application of Semi-dry Anaerobic Digestion Technology of Kitchen Waste in Hohhot
In view of the problem of old kitchen waste treatment facilities and insufficient treatment capacity in Hohhot,a semi-dry anaerobic digestion treatment project with a treatment scale of 300 t/d was constructed,and the treatment effect was tracked and monitored.The actual operation shows that the yield of the semi-dry anaerobic digestion process reaches 90 m3/t,and the water consumption is 56-60 kg/t,which has a good water-saving effect.In order to confirm the stirring performance of the semi-dry anaerobic tank,a tracer test was carried out.After adding lithium bromide tracer,the material in the tank can be evenly distributed within 3 h,which improves the gas production effect.This technology not only realizes the resource utilization of kitchen waste,but also saves water and has a high gas production rate,which is suitable for popularization and application in water-scarce areas in western China.
