Intelligent proofreading systems have been widely used in the editing of science and technology journals.This article summarizes the characteristics of various intelligent proofreading systems,analyzes the opportunities and challenges that intelligent proofreading systems bring to the publishing industry,and points out the shortcomings of intelligent proofreading systems.Only by combining man and machine methods can the greatest advantages of both be realized.
