How to Improve Quality and Influence of Sci-tech Journals in Context of Media Convergence Development:Taking Publishing Practice of China Concrete and Cement Products as an Example
Sci-tech journals are important media for the effective dissemination of academic and scientific research achievements,aswell as an important force for promoting theoretical innovation and technological progress.Improving the quality and influence of sci-tech journals is a necessary path for the high-quality development of sci-tech journals.This paper focuses on the common obstacles to the development of sci-tech journals at the current stage,such as a lack of talent resources,insufficient high-quality papers,and the impact of new media.Based on the experience and current development status of the publication of China Concrete and Cement Products,the specific measures to improve the quality and influence of sci-tech journals are put forward from the perspectives of talent cultivation,youth editorial committee organization,new media platform construction,and international perspective expansion,which can provide reference for the high-quality development of sci-tech journals.
