Jingjinji National Center of Technology Innovation is China's first comprehensive national technology innovation center,which is committed to building a national strategic scientific and technological force.As an important regional node hub,Tianjin Center of Jingjinji National Center of Technology Innovation undertakes the important tasks of coordinating local scientific and technological innovation resources,promoting the healthy and orderly flow of scientific and technological innovation elements in the three regions,and enabling Tianjin to build a scientific and technological innovation highland.Combined with the favorable conditions and disadvantages in the construction process of Tianjin Center of Jingjinji National Center of Technology Innovation,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions in terms of construction principles and paths,top-level design and planning,specific tasks and safeguard measures.
