摘要

基于海上平台巡检及监控的智能化应用需求,为有效监测保温层破损情况,采用网络搜索、模拟拍摄、数据增强等方法,构建包含多种形态特征的海上平台保温层破损数据集.采用YOLOv7 模型对海上平台保温层破损情况进行检测,取得了较高的目标识别、定位及特征分类精度,可满足海上平台机器人巡检或固定监控的目标智能检测需求.

Abstract

Based on the intelligent application requirements for inspection and monitoring of offshore platforms,in order to effectively monitor the damage of insulation layers,the insulation layer damage dataset with multi-shape features is constructed through the methods of network search,simulation shooting,and data augmentation.The YOLOv7 model is used to detect the damage of insulation layers on offshore platforms,and the high accuracy of target identification,localization,and feature classification has been achieved,which can meet the intelligent detection requirements of robot inspections or fixed monitoring on offshore platforms.
