Most high-speed railways in China have a target speed value of 350 km/h,with most of the tracks being ballastless.Local tunnels in the red layer area of southwestern China have experienced base uplift(floor heave),which poses a threat to the operation safety of high-speed railways. Therefore,it is necessary to study the deformation characteristics, deformation mechanism, and engineering treatment measures of tunnel floor heave. The engineering characteristics of the base uplift of this line are studied to provide guidance and basis for the design and construction of the project, and ensure the quality, safety, and economy of the construction.
