针对渤海油田在高含水开采阶段面临的层间矛盾、常规分采方法低效及水平井和大斜度井适应性差等问题,开发和应用有缆智能分层采油技术.该技术通过将温度、压力、流量等传感器集成于智能分采仪中,并将信号电缆作为数据传输的媒介,实现了从地面控制多井、多层的智能化管理,可以实时监测和收集井下数据、优化开采方案,能够为海上油田提供一套高效的智能分层采油解决方案.10 口井的实际应用表明,有缆智能分层采油技术可以显著提升油井管理水平,提高调产、配产效率,有效降低高含水井的层间干扰,减少产水量和开采能耗.此外,该技术的高智能化水平可支持无人值守平台的高效开发.
Application of Cable Control Intelligent Stratified Oil Production Technology
In view of the problems of interzonal contradiction in high water cut stage,low efficiency of conventional production method and poor adaptability of horizontal well and high-angle well in Bohai oilfield,the cable control intelligent stratified oil production technology was developed and applied.By integrating temperature,pressure,flow and other sensors into the intelligent stratified tool,and using signal cable as the medium of data transmission,the technology realizes the intelligent management of multi-well and multi-layer control from the ground.It can monitor and collect downhole data in real time,optimize production plans,and provide an efficient and intelligent stratified oil production solution for offshore oilfields.In the application practice of 10 wells,cable control intelligent stratified oil production technology has significantly improved the management level,improved the efficiency of production allocation,effectively reduced the interzonal interference of high water cut wells,and reduced water production and energy consumption.In addition,the high level of intelligence of the technology supports the efficient development of unattended platforms.
