Application and Maintenance of Thin Oil Centralized Lubrication System in Transverse Direction Oriented Equipment of BOPET Production Line
With the development of modern technology and industrial production,the mechanization,the automation degree unceasingly enhances,and the lubrication technology updates iteratively gradually.Automatic lubrication device has obvious advantages,with uniform lubrication,which can effectively reduce wear and energy consumption,reduce equipment failures,improve production efficiency,extend the equipment service life.Thin oil centralized lubrication system is a typical automatic lubrication device,which is widely used in mechanical equipment manufacturing industry.Taking the transverse direction oriented equipment of the BOPET production line as an example,this paper focuses on elaborating on the thin oil centralized lubrication system from the aspects of structure,principle,installation and maintenance.
