Study on Spatial-temporal Pattern of Ecological Well-being Performance in China and Its Influencing Factors Based on Multiple Co-governance Model
It is an inevitable choice for high quality development to change from economic well-being to ecological well-being,which is of great significance for promoting human well-being.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020,Super-SBM method is used to measure the provincial ecological well-being performance level in China.On the basis of revealing its spatial-temporal evolving characteristics,the geodetector model is used to empirically analyze the impact of factors such as government leading,enterprise main body,public participation and cross-factors on ecological well-being performance.Based on the research conclusions,relevant discussions are carried out and corresponding policy implications are given.The findings are as follows:(1)The overall level of ecological well-being performance in China is general and shows a downward trend.(2)The explanation degree of public participation and corporate ESG(Environment,Socical,and Governance)performance on ecological well-being performance is significantly higher than that of government environmental regulation.The interaction between factors is mainly reinforcement effect,and public participation and industrial structure are excellent interaction objects,and public participation is the best interaction factor between corporate ESG performance and government environmental regulation.
