摘要
在我国人口老龄化加重的大背景下,60 岁及以上老年人群的健康素养整体水平仍然较低,是当前提升国民健康素养的关键对象.公立医院作为健康科普的主要阵地,在提高人民群众健康素养水平方面发挥着重要作用.从研究公立医院针对老年人群开展科普工作的优势、必要性及存在问题入手,对医院管理体系、人才培养机制、科普内容创新和规范等方面提出建议,以期为公立医院建立完善的科普工作机制、推动医院高质量发展、提升老年人群的健康素养提供参考.
Abstract
Against the backdrop of an increasingly aging population in China,the overall health literacy of individuals aged 60 and above remains relatively low,making them a key target for improving national health literacy.Public hospitals,as primary platforms for health science popularization,play a significant role in enhancing the health literacy levels of the populace.This paper examines the advantages,necessity,and existing challenges of public hospitals'efforts in health science popularization targeting the elderly population.It proposes recommendations on hospital management systems,talent cultivation mechanisms,innovation and standardization of health science popularization content,aiming to provide reference for public hospitals to establish a sound science popularization mechanism,promote the high-quality development of hospitals and enhance the health literacy of the elderly population.
