Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)holds an irreplaceable position in China's healthcare.It is crucial to build a complete modern industry chain for innovative drugs of TCM,strengthen the role of scientific and technological leadership,and achieve the prosperous development of TCM industry.By investigating the innovative drug industry of TCM in Tianjin,the development status is understood,and three main problems are summarized and analyzed.Based on mature experience,suggestions are proposed for the development of the TCM industry,aiming to address the problems existing in innovative drug industry of TCM in Tianjin,improve the innovation level,and help the innovative drug industry of TCM in Tianjin achieve high-quality development.
