天津市手足口病防控知识科普宣讲活动及效果评价

摘要
2023 年 6-10 月,对天津市 16 个区进行分层抽样,抽取 4 个宣传地区及其 24 所托幼机构,对 849 位幼儿家长、705 名校(园)医、129 名社区医生开展手足口病防控知识科普宣讲活动,宣传形式包括家长课堂宣讲,校医、社区医生现场活动和答疑解惑,以科普文章制作转发、视频播放等形式传播,并针对现场宣讲活动人群开展问卷调查.科普宣讲活动后,手足口病日常预防知识知晓率及防控行为率明显升高.提出对于需要多次强化或不易记忆的日常防护知识,可采用科普宣讲和短视频循环播放相结合的方式.
Abstract
From June to October 2023,stratified sampling was carried out in 16 districts of Tianjin,4 publicity areas and 24 kindergartens were selected,and popular science publicity activities on HFMD prevention and control were carried out among 849 parents of young children,705 school(kindergarten)doctors and 129 community doctors.The publicity forms included classroom lecture for parents,on-site activities by school doctors and community doctors,and questions and answers.Through the production and forwarding of popular science articles,video broadcast and other forms of dissemination,a questionnaire survey on the crowd of live propaganda activities was carried out.After the popularization activities,the awareness rate of daily prevention knowledge and prevention and control behavior rate increased significantly.For daily protection knowledge that requires repeated reinforcement or is not easy to remember,a combination of popular science lecture and short video loop playback can be used.
