全域科普背景下天津地震科普发展对策研究

全域科普的蓬勃发展为地震科普带来了新的机遇和挑战.在总结分析全域科普背景下地震科普工作面临的新形势和新矛盾的基础上,重点围绕推进社会化机制建设、市场化机制建设、全媒体平台建设和服务供给侧改革 4 个方面提出相应对策建议,旨在推进天津地震科普工作高质量发展,助力全域科普落地见效.
Abstract
The prosperity and development of holistic science popularization has brought new opportunities and challenges to the earthquake science popularization.In order to promote the high-quality development of earthquake science popularization in Tianjin,and help the implementation of holistic science popularization,this paper analyzes the new situation and new contradictions of earthquake science popularization in the context of holistic science popularization,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects:establishing a socialization mechanism and a market-oriented mechanism,building an all-media platform,and promoting the reform of the service supply side.
