软磁材料是生产、生活以及国防科学技术中广泛使用的材料,如硅钢片、铁铝合金等。在全球软磁材料行业中,中国的产量以及市场份额均超过了70%,处于主导地位。设计、制造软磁材料和器件都要以材料的各种磁性参数为依据,因此磁特性测量是极为重要的一环。目前国内外对磁特性测量的研究主要集中在测量装置的激磁结构、复合传感器结构中B、H的测量方法以及考虑多物理场耦合情况下的磁特性测量等内容,文中比较详细地对国内外当前磁特性测量的研究现状进行了归纳与梳理,并提出了未来发展方向。
Review on the measurement of magnetic properties of soft magnetic materials
The magnetic materials are widely used in production,life and national defense science and technology,such as silicon steel sheet,iron aluminum alloy,etc.In the global magnetic materials industry,the production and market share of China have accounted for more than 70%,and are in a dominant position.The design and manufacture of magnetic materials and devices are based on various magnetic parameters of the material,so magnetic measurement is an extremely important part.At present,the research on magnetic property measurement at home and abroad mainly focuses on the excitation structure of measuring devices,Measuring method of B and H in compound sensor structure and magnetic measurement under the condition of multi-physics coupling.This paper summarizes and combs the current research status of magnetic property measurement at home and abroad in detail.it also puts forward the future development direction.
