基于区块链的医疗数据安全共享模型研究

针对医疗数据的集中存储、共享效率低和隐私泄露等问题,提出一种基于区块链的医疗数据安全共享模型。首先,基于可验证延迟函数(verifiable dely function,VDF)对实用拜占庭容错(practical Byzuntine fault tolerance,PBFT)算法进行改进,实现了主节点的分布式选举,保证了主节点的可靠性;其次,使用闪电网络技术构建链下匿名通信交易通道,解决数据共享过程中匿名通信问题,提高了数据共享效率;最后,设计了一套完整的医疗数据共享方案,实现不同实体之间的数据安全共享。与现有数据共享方案相比,该方案在安全性和共识效率方面具有优势。
Research on medical data security sharing model based on blockchain
Aiming at the problems of centralized storage,low sharing efficiency and privacy disclosure of medical data,the security sharing model of medical data based on blockchain was proposed.Firstly,based on the verifiable delay function,the practical Byzantine fault-tolerant algorithm is improved to realize the distributed election of the primary node and ensure the reliability of the primary node.Secondly,the lightning network technology is used to construct the anonymous communication channel under the chain,which solves the problem of anonymous communication in the process of data sharing and improves the efficiency of data sharing.Finally,a complete medical data sharing scheme is designed to realize the security sharing of data between different entities.Compared with existing data sharing schemes,this scheme has advantages in terms of security and consensus efficiency.
